So, politics. Can’t get enough of it, right? I mean, who doesn’t love staying up until 3am refreshing their Twitter feed to see if the latest scandal has broken?
But seriously, politics can be a real headache. It’s like the people in charge are all just trying to outdo each other with the most ridiculous policies. Like, I heard the other day that some politicians want to make it illegal to wear socks with sandals. I mean, come on. Who are they trying to protect here? Fashion-conscious people?
And don’t even get me started on the election process. It feels like every four years we’re just choosing between the lesser of two evils. It’s like being asked if you want a punch in the face or a kick in the shins. No thank you, I’ll pass on both.
But I guess that’s just the way the world works. At least we have the freedom to complain about it. Oh wait, that’s being taken away too. Great.
